Have you ever seen spots after hours of staring at your computer screen? Has your vision ever become blurred after stressing your eyes out? These are the common problems that we encounter while we write. Yes, finishing your story is very rewarding but, unfortunately, your vision suffers after that.
Here are some tips to get you back on the track:
- change the brightness of your computer screen. Press function (fn) and arrow
down.
- look at a space or at an object that is far from you, about three or four meters.
(proven by a study in physics).
- Look at something green. Yeah, you read it right. It also has something to do
with physics. Ever wondered why school blackboards are called “blackboards”
yet they are colored green? Those boards were originally black in color but
after some time, people noticed that the students were starting to have
problems with their vision. That’s when they decided to change its color.
